The company began to stabilize, with clients returning for a second year of services and new clients changing the direction of the company to providing advertising and social networking expertise. Anchored Web Solutions won a global competition this year, becoming one of five finalists in the Americas through Google, Inc.'s "Train and Gain" competition.

Clients who originally contracted Anchored Web for an online presence started to ask: Do you design brochures, stationary or other print materials? And the answer is "Yes." The company produced brochures, posters, and other products for clients such as certain departments within California State University, Fresno, and was hired for a second year by Fright Night Scream Park to design the Web site and also print the promotional materials.

Anchored Web printed tens of thousands of index cards, large format posters, and arranged for creative works such as haunted house characters to be illustrated for the 2011 Halloween Season.

Of course, the haunted attraction's Web site was designed to produce results as well. An online shopping cart was installed and configured with custom functionality to include ticket codes that could be sold via Paypal on the Website. The tickets could be printed easily once the purchase was confirmed, and Anchored Web also handled the service calls on busy nights to ensure sales were made. By analyzing the Website's traffic patterns, the company was able to find bottlenecks in the online sales process and remove them, and overall sales for online tickets increased 300+ percent.

Meanwhile, work on nonprofit-related projects began to pick up. The company was hired to design a video-centric Website called GlimpsesIntoHistory.com, an online memorial directory of American War Veterans, a project sponsored by the Clovis Veterans Memorial District. Using HTML5 video technology (specifically, the Mozilla-powered Popcorn.js), Anchored Web began designing custom video solutions for CVMD and other non-profit organizations. 

In December 2011, Google, Inc. announced Anchored Web Solutions as one of fifteen global winners for its performance in managing Fright Night Scream Park's Google Adwords account.
